A Village In UK Vs A Village In Nigeria: Can We Ever Catch Up And Overtake? by bennybuhari(op): 1:34pm On Apr 07, 2025
A typical village in UK and villages in Nigeria

When UK talk about villages, it includes good roads, electricity, clean water, hospitals and every other things the city enjoys.

When Nigerians talk about village, most likely muddy roads, no electricity, no clean water and brown roof and so on

Can we ever get there?

Calling it village doesn't actually make it a village. This is urban settlement niggar.

There is no reason for comparison of any sort.

Decades if not millennia of constant planning and development that included years if not decades of exploitation of the resources in other countries of the world.

We here were ripped off by the British. Mind you, it's not only here in Nigeria.
They stole lots of resources from other countries they colonized.

Give us the same privilege and resources they had over the years and see us do better than them.

Please don't use the landscapes of South West especially Iragbiji to generalize the landscape of villages in Nigeria 🇳🇬 for i know some villages in the Eastern part of Nigeria have comparable infrastructure if not more than the one you posted for UK 🇬🇧

How can you catchup with those that put you together to exploit you for eternity? Can a Hausa go to Europe and create a nation from various groups and name it White Area aka Whiteria?

Or can a British person be running their mouth in aww for an African Soccer league like you all do with Manchester dem Leicester…not even seeing that Barclays made their money through slave trade….

Yep…Blacks are fighting to uphold what White people created with criminal intentions, and today we are still stuck in silly moods aka Afrobeats aka Ampiano…aka weaves…aka Hennessy aka G wagon…. Making oppressors grand kids more rich….

SO yes, the villages in AFrica will remain shytholers

VERY STUPID, IGNORANT COMPARISON.

Singapore is a tiny city-state in a geographical location in the Pacific that made it a transit hub for international shipping, which it simply taxed and became super rich, with Chinese investors doing the rest.

India is still very much a developing country, so I’ve no idea why you have mentioned them. They still have daily power cuts in India, and terrible poverty and oppression.

If you go to the US embassy in Delhi, it’s like a market square, with thousands of Indians queuing up for visas to flee their country.

you don't have an idea what you wrote up there. Keep whining ignorantly. Same Malaysia that collected it's first seeds from Nigeria today is greater than Naija. Naija Singapore Malaysia were all on the same level 1965. Same all battered by colonialism. All

Dummy Dum Dum, have you heard of CHATGPT?

DO YOU KNOW WHAT AI IS?

Go on CHATGPT AI and ask it

“How much does BRITAIN owe Nigeria based on its entire history of relations with Nigeria?”

YOU WILL GET THE SAME ANSWER: 50 TRILLION US DOLLARS.

Plus calculations!

ANOTHER IGNORAMUS.

Go to Malaysia and 70% of the big businesses and companies are CHINESE.

These “Tiger Economies” enjoy close proximity to CHINA, and are really just offshore Chinese hubs.

If NIGERIA was located next door to China for the past few centuries, it would be a very different place today.

A highly bubbling place.

China is a behemoth of 1.5 billion people with a massive economy.

African topography is different from European.

The village just needs development. It’s not dirty.

Keep making excuse for your corrupts leaders. The English people left your country over 60 years ago, you are still blaming them. You talk of slave trade, its ended over 100 years ago, now you que up in their embassy to go slave even when they say they no longer wants you. Singapore, Dubai, China, Thailand, Malaysia progressed and never blamed anyone
