The problem is that the Qur'an says one thing, the prophet does another. An example is the siege of Banu Qurazya where the prophet and his Cohorts murdered about 900 of the Banu Qurazya tribe, a tribe that actually was loyal to them and even lent them (Muslims) equipments to dig trenches during the battle of the Trench.
And what was their offence?
They refused to fight in the battle of the Trench because they were offended by the prophet's attack on Jews. Apparently, the Banu Qurazya siege was not the first time the prophet had been attacking Jews.
