Some countries, like Nigeria rely heavily on oil that cutting production will only hamper their finances. most countries in OPEC are not even meeting up with the output quota slotted to them ,even Nigeria not until December 2024 they have not been meeting up with what is alloted to them. So it's the few countries that have the capacity to produce more that are running the show like Saudi Arabia and Russia few years back agreed to cut production and it affected the market price .

And again a country like Nigeria will want oil prices to be hight,they will definitely cooperate because the key players can actually crash the price to a point where these followers can not make profit

I love how the Chinese abandoned the two religion. They're promoting their indigenous traditional institutions like Confucius & others.
