These people instead of investing in upgrading existibg roads and safe measures in place for those paying them ...NO they have started another white elephant project that they will use to stack up their war chest for 2027 and to launder money for their individual and selfish aims....swe that stocky Umahi complaining about terrain already as if anybody stopped them from doing a proper cost analysis of the entire sham and the consequent budget .....
