Today I was out and I was so concern regarding a lady and a guy that work for a certain brand

I dislike when employees don’t treat their staffs

The staffs don’t look happy and then you wonder why people don’t patronize you

If only you can be kind to your staff

I also observe that in the organization the staff was calling her “mummy “ in a work environment we don’t do such meh

She will be using religion and mummy to brainwash and pay them less than they deserve

I was so worried that the lady hair was even smelling

If where you are working don’t pay you

Please don’t settle for less go out and find a better job or start a business please

To the employers pay your staffs well

Because they represent your brand
