One of my padi padi travelled to canada january this year.
If you see this guy pictures now you go shock
Back in naija this same guy resemble Jagaban. normally the guy wor wor but he get bar.
Upon all the bar, his skin no fresh always has an oily face.

After spending 3 months in canada the guy face come cleaaarr and clean. Over fresh come dey worry am.
His instagram pics come be like before and after
I come dey wonder how??
Is their something in abroad air or is it their water or their food??

Why do nigerians begin to look fresh after going abroad

Bro, abroad make you reason why, sleep well, wake well. Cool weather. Now tell me why your whole body system no go dey well

It's mainly due to reduced effect of the sun, however, you will still need to make up for reduced exposure to sunlight by taking vitamin D supplements

1. You don't have to worry about waking up 4am to start your day and still waste 2 hours in traffic to get to work.
2. You don't have to run after danfo or keke for transportation.
3.You choose your own work hours depending on the type of work you do.
4. You don't have to pull generator rope to provide yourself electricity.
5. Peace of mind is a major determinant of one's outlook.

Good protein consumption and access to water.

Over here everything is carbohydrates, energy go wann kill you🤣

Why do nigerians begin to look fresh after going abroad

It's the weather. You're not directly exposed to the hot sun.

Easy access to protein, and I believe more consumption of liquids - water, tea, coffee, juices.

No habbit of regularly eating our delicious Nigerian dishes, starters and snacks. These dishes are obviously sumptuous but many are prepared in a way that are ultimately not healthy for us.

No monthly malaria or other illnesses like typhoid that ravages the body

Also, it's more likely that someone living abroad will be watching their diet and have a gym or exercise regime.

However, someone in Nigeria who is eating and living well has this glow to their skin that you will find hard to achieve abroad

Deactivate, fire. No be you be dey laugh us when we complain say deactivation no dey work? You will remain here to suffer with us.

Cold air, lack of intense heat and abundance of skin moisturizer. The water that way is hard. If you don’t slab on excess moisturizer before dressing, you will look ashy. Since the place is always cold, people walk considerable distances. That counts as the bare minimum of exercise. It reflects positively on the body. Walk under the sun here and you will turn into a charred shadow of a human being.

Food that will make you bigger is cheap abroad, the winter weather also makes your skin fresh, plus the environment is well planned with trees, sun light and architecture well planned. Vs a place like lagos where everything is jaga jaga .

Good nutrition...

Most of the food we eat here are not scientifically certified...
We just swallow everything.. edible

Abroad doesn’t automatically make someone fresh, freshness comes from good habits, skincare, and health, not just location.

Canada is above the equator so you don’t get the sun like you guys do beating upon you .
Also low humidity.
Also most people drive around with vehicles from poll to post. So no long walk.
Plus put an America in Nigeria for a year you’ll notice he gets affected by his environs and vice versa. You stop saying car boot or lorry or fuel etc

stay inside AC for 3 months.. chliing AC and whenever u want to go out go in a car with AC come back and tell us what you observe.....

Good clean roads

No police harassment
Soldier harassment on top camou
No mad driver

No dangote trailer
No price hike everyday
No nepa failure
No looting
No lastma
