The funny thing is that trying to follow legal routes to get this document is cumbersome for most foreigners, but if they follow other routes, they can even enter Nigeria and live permanently for long with no documents or even get this passport if they sort the higher powers in immigration office Abuja.

He is right about the discriminatory law baked into our nation's constitution.

Section 26(2) provides that the president may confer Nigerian citizenship on “any woman who is or who has been married to a citizen of Nigeria.” By implication, this section limits the right of a Nigerian woman to transmit her nationality to a foreign husband.

You are missing the point. If a nigerian man marries a foreign wife, she automatically qualifies to be issued a nigerian passport but if a nigerian woman narries a foreign man, that man is not eligible to be issued with a naija passport. That's what the man dey complain about.
