The difference is in the weather, Africa is very hot, especially sub Sahara Africa, the UV ray affects the skin,you kwn what that does to the skin.

Good weather and 24/7 electricity (light no fit comot for a second). You will be collecting AC 24/7, general peace of mind, no uncessary horning of cars, no church loudspeaker to constitute nuisance.

Infact, the church over there is there to help you, not the ones you have in Nigeria that you foolishly enrich with your tithe and offering

Everything is well organized abroad. In nigeria, even with your big money, you may not get access to nutritional food, because of many obstacles here and there!

He is less stressed, sleeps better, eats better quality food and has more access to different fruits and vegetables, including organic ones, drinks more + cleaner water, buys good skincare products, etc. It's also still winter and snowy in many parts of Canada now, despite it being April, meaning no exposure to hot, humid weather. Winter has said it's not going anywhere this year.

Everything we use and consume here is adulterated or substandard. It affects our excretory system which the skin is a part of.
Also there is reduced air pollution and cooler weather conditions in temperate regions

Have you slept in an accident for a full month? Ahsweh you go fresh die. Now, their weather is typically like ac. Then they eat balanced diet because there's food security. Imagine a full chicken cost less than €1 in Scotland, where my friend lives.

Another thing is environment. You continue to see beautiful girls in good dresses (not okrika). What do you think?

1, The number one is access to cleanest water (bottle water)

If you drink clean water for 1 months it will show from your skin.

2. The clean air. ( Nigerian is filled with pollution from the air and environment: experatment have shown people from filtered and cleaner air will look more healthy and fresh.

3. The sun. The heat from the sun and harched environment of this country can make people look haggard no matter there money.

4. Malaria, thyroid and other decease. When the body purge itself from all sickness it will become fresh. That why detox is advised and necessary.

5. Access to food. Especially Protein and vitamin is very good for the body. Nigerian and African food is mostly carbs and less protein. This makes them look haggard and suffering face in photos. Protein and food are cheap because of mechanized farming and subsidy over there.

Anyone can be fresh in Nigeria if they live inside air conditioner 24/7 with cleaner air and best table water. Access to protain like chicken, fish and beef. Lastly rest of mind without pressure with good afternoon nap.

It's mainly the lightings - Canada is up North closer to the Sun, so you can get brighter pictures..the skies usually look clearer. if he just travelled recently then they are in winter season, the cold helps the skin also, no much sunburns. I think these are the major two factors, not necessarily nutrition because and naija food he go still eat, not necessarily peace of mind or lack of stress because over there they hustle like mad to pay bills bills bills, except if he was working in tougher conditions and trekking long hours under the sun in Nigeria, he would be less stressed now and less sun burns.

Side note: Nigerians should be careful about over-hyping abroad because it comes with some downsides too- loneliness, taxes, and bills bills . May be when young smart people know the downsides of abroad life, they can get more active in politics and entrepreneurship, the two key things we need to build a better Nigeria for all.

If you see this guy pictures now you go shock
Back in naija this same guy resemble Jagaban. normally the guy wor wor but he get bar.
Upon all the bar, his skin no fresh always has an oily face.

After spending 3 months in canada the guy face come cleaaarr and clean. Over fresh come dey worry am.
His instagram pics come be like before and after
I come dey wonder how??

Why do nigerians begin to look fresh after going abroad

The quality of what goes into your mouth matters, and yes, the weather plays a huge role. So does the water, and the availability of better skincare products for all demographics.
