Not true you get the exact clean experience in dubai and Malayia , key thing stable electricity always getting cooled down by AC & Fans

After spending 3 months in canada the guy face come cleaaarr and clean. Over fresh come dey worry am.

Is their something in abroad air or is it their water or their food??

Why do nigerians begin to look fresh after going abroad

Access to clean water for bathing, cooking and drinking
For some access to balanced diets
Others who make it earlier more money less stress
Less sun hacking the skin so your melanin popping in its natural endowment etc

Of course it does
I was admitted at the hospital sometimes in 2013 cos of a fatal accident I had, I spent 4 weeks at the hospital and when I was discharged, my complexion changed and I became very fresh but after one week I was restored to default 😂

I doubt it, the southern cities are mostly warmer than Lagos. Go to Dubai, you will still look fresh

I think it has more to do with the clean air.

Also low humidity.
Also most people drive around with vehicles from poll to post. So no long walk.
Plus put an America in Nigeria for a year you’ll notice he gets affected by his environs and vice versa. You stop saying car boot or lorry or fuel etc

Lol Canadians walk more than Nigerians, if you hear stone throw in Canada just book Uber.

Good food, water and weather.

Fruit is cheap over there. You can eat fruits daily

Tap water with all the necessary minerals not the borehole or pure water you drink

No sun burn...even in summer, some places don't get beyond 25 deg C

Lolz, I have seen folks that came home from UK, Canada, US who aren't looking fresh! As a matter of fact, recently a friend came home from UK sat in our midst and looked the roughest among the 5 of us.

Apart from work , nothing else brings them stress, Environment was very appealing, No Nepa issue or water, then your sights always seing good things and good news , then the thinking of bright future brings happiness to your heart ,soul and spirit then your body will hormone will works well and you look bright and fresh always
