It is the government's responsibility to protect those properties but not kill anyone for those properties and also the government's Responsibilitybto rebuild if they fail to protect them.

Yes life is very much important than property but when someone deliberately set fire on either personal property or government property for no just cause whatever happens to such person he or she should take.

I am very sure you can't stand by and watching someone setting your house on fire and do nothing.
