A pregnant Nigerian woman was brutally m8rdered by unknown assailants in her residence.

Details of the incident and where it happened are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.

According to an Abuja-based X user, Aunty Halima, the woman was k!lled by the assailants on Sunday night, April 6, 2025.

“Innalillahi wainna ilaihi rajiun I've never in my life seen human slaughtered like a ram until this time, she was at her husband's house yesterday's night and she was found slaughtered by an unknown person. We call upon @PoliceNG for a proper investigation. Help me repost massively,” she wrote.

Another X user, Ahmad, who confirmed the incident said the victim’s husband returned from a nearby market and found her in a pool of blood.

“She was 5 months pregnant. Her husband stepped out to buy things at a nearby market, called her repeatedly from there, phone wasn’t going through, came back home angry, found her in a pool of blood, butchered like a ram. Saddest thing i’ve ever heard. Rest in Jannah Rumasa’u,” he wrote.

Unfortunately, the husband is the prime suspect in this sort of case.

The writeup says the husband went to a "nearby" market. For me, this is vague......I believe the man is trying to create a fake alibi here. How in the world did someone wait for you to leave, then enter and slaughter your wife so violently without being seen or heard by anyone? Slaughtered her with knife....not even a fast murder like a gun? In such a short time? hmm


He was said to be calling her phone ---- Again, this could be an attempt by the man to establish a timeline ( creating an alibi by saying "see, I was calling her; I didn't know she was dead')

Finally, if there was no sign of forced entry, it may imply that the woman knew the killer or that the door was open. That further narrows down the suspect to someone close --- possibly the husband or atleast someone that both the husband and the wife knew.

you are write same thing happened opposite my friend house years ago, it turns out it was the other woman outside that came, sneak in to murder her co -wife who was Months pregnant. Also the husband is also a prime suspect here, he could have planned everything, go out to the store to buy something,(alabi) call from the store (cell phone triangulation secured) he could have texted the killer to go in and do his job with another cell phone. The police should really look into the husband very well.

There is more to this I smelled revenged.inalilahi waina illay rajiun.
