How much of their bumper annual budget goes into education or science and tech? I don't want talk about health cos they've run it aground.

You forgot to mention that another set are in babalowo houses, witchcraft covens, in front of a water body, or at a junction, or outside their homes by 12midnight speaking in yet another kind of tongues and calling people's names and giving out instructions with effigies in their hand, instead of making the same efforts to punish corrupt politicians, invent new technologies, and better other's lives (since they are forbidden from having a good life). I have told somebody that it like the problem stems from the skin down to the heart.
