This politicians are funny, If you are conversant with this environment, you will know that this is for political reason not as a necessity, Minna as a state doesn't have traffic issue, the major roads are in moderate condition, instead of focusing on building industry to employ the ever growing population, improving educational systems and more youth empowerment, they want to sink more billions in a project that has no immediate economic impact
