Nigerians blast Niger Republic for adopting Hausa as national language

Hausa is the language..not fulani..as it should be..

Nigeria should follow suit and make it official, we should have an indigenous language second to our Lingua franca, it's Hausa already (unofficial) tho, the most widely spoken Language in Nigeria and probably West Africa...

I keep asking why the fulani prefer speaking hausa to fulfude ,maybe the prefer to hide behind hausa to commit atrocities.

fulfude is an extinct language. Not many speakers. They are minority in every state they are in. Hausa has more speakers than fulfude in every state they are in. Even in Nigeria hausa has more speakers than fulfude. Many Nigerian fulani tribe governors also speak hausa fluently but can't speak fulfude fluently. In Niger republic hausa speakers are more than fulani speakers. Just that their past president who is fulani is a minority by tribe even speaks hausa more fluently than he speaks fulfude which is an extinct language because fulani people are now adopting hausa language but maintaining their fulani ancestry.

The fulani have become rulers but have learnt hausa in order to become part of the community since hausa is the dominant language.

Niger has taken back their country, let north west take back their region politically from minority fulani. Starting from all the emirship should return from fulani to hausa

Hausas population in Niger republic is about 55% of the population. Hausa is now the official language but some other languages like kanuri, fulfude etc are also recognized
