A woman has been called out on X for damaging
the Airbnb property she rented in Lekki.

The X user who called the woman out explained
that the renter did the damage because her
complaint about the AC not cooling properly was not resolved to her satisfaction.

As a result, she wrote on the furniture, tore the
bed frame and destroyed the artwork in the
house before she left.

There are a few people here who have never run a business before. There is a solution to every problem especially when you make a complaint. The last straw is refind, rebate, next time discount, or any other palliative that would show the business hopes you can have a better stay if you come again.
There are also customers who complain over nothing. The light goes out and it takes 2 mins to change over, they complain. The hot water isn't hot enough, instead of wait they raze the roof.
But anyhow, you should check your rooms before your guest departure to avoid unnecessary and avoidable losses.
