Old Acs cool better when the environment is cool,but when the environment is hot,it struggles to cool. It is a known fact except the Ac is a new one that's when the weather won't matter.

That is not done in Airbnb.The owner didn't do due diligence in terms of identification.Normally your (credit)card details remains in their system until after two weeks when they've inspected and found no damage.You don't pay cash, booking is done online that is how it is done abroad I don't know how Nigeria does theirs but the procedures are supposed to be standard.

AirBnB's usually have a caution fee or security deposit attached to their rentals as guarantee against potential damages or unpaid rent - clearly this wasn't included in this instance - she would have had to forfeit that had that been charged, hence why it's called a caution fee. Owner of the Place should take note of this to avoid unnecessary damages in future!

I'm flabbergasted you are taking time to defend obvious wrong.
The woman obviously has head issues and should seek treatment ASAP. There are clear procedures she could have followed to lodge an effective complaint but she chose to go schizophrenic.
She will surely be caught and will face the extant laws of the country. The police and
the judge will certainly not entertain your feeble excuses for her.
AC not cold enough, was she born in an igloo. Some Nigerians are just ridiculous. I lived abroad for over twenty five years but when in Nigeria I know I'm in the tropics and adjust accordingly.
