Most times when the sky goes as dark as this, I don't panic cos the rain won't fall. It would be windy and maybe thunder rumblings and drizzles of rain, but there won't be a downpour. You'll later hear that it rained heavily elsewhere. When a serious rain wants to fall, the sky won't go as dark as this.
