My point is simple.
But you're opposed to the premise and have been meandering to poke holes.
There are North Korean troops in Russia. How they're used is up for debate.
That is factual.

For instance, we know China has sent technicians to help boost weapon production.
I'm not sure why you find it shocking that a heavily-militarized country like North Korea sent troops in some capacity (from infantry to engineering).

Pay the Western characterization no mind.
Russia is not using North Koreans in meat wave attacks.
They're there on a winter excursion to update military knowhow.

The payoff has been massive.
They've received their first AEW&C aircraft. Iran has none.
Their next-gen destroyers currently in construction are receiving same state-of-the-art capabilities as Russia's most capable platforms.
Some of the surplus capacity of Russia's rapid military buildout is being used to add new squadrons as well as update existing systems.

On the other hand, China is the one that can't win this tariff war. There is just no way. They have just slapped another 84% tariff on USA goods. All this tariff from China does not do USA any significant harm cos USA Economy is not export dependent unlike Chinese economy that is extremely dependent on export and on USA market for that matter. USA has a very very strong internal purchase power unlike China with a very very weak one.
Trump will still raise it to 400%. By the time the full effects are on China, it will take China a long time to recover. All these tariffs China is using as retaliation are just the mere kicks of a dying horse.

To be honest Russia and China ain't serious at all. They are not ready for multipolarism if they can't challenge and confront US on some issues. This Iran nuclear issue is an example. They should not allow US to always have its way. Who is America to keep dictating what Iran should and should not do after it was the same US who walked out of this working deal that the P5+1 inked with Iran.

Russia and China are part of the P5+1 for God sake so who is US to keep dictating among the P5+1? I think this was a deal everyone of them made with Iran. If US continue to go unchallenged this way then it will continue to disrespect Russia and China and see them as unserious and weak countries it could oppress. We all know how US use to defend and even veto any resolution that does not favour Israel in the UN. Anyway may be Iran is not important to Russia and China afterall.

Russia and China are very unserious. If they want a multipolar world where America shows them respect they should be ready to challenge America's decisions most especially this act of unilateralism. We don't have a multipolar world if America still thinks it can act unilaterally while seeing other powers like Russia and China as irrelevant. I am even amazed at how Russia is saying it would make sure Iran and US have a good deal is this about Iran and US or about the whole P5+1/UN? Russia challenged and confronted the US in Ukraine. Na d mata we still dey settle.
China has challenged the US on Taiwan. The US is still selling them weapons as well as deploying more advanced weapon systems in South Korea and Japan to shorten transit time of strikes on mainland China.

Challenging the US is not a magic wand.
The silver bullet to end the persistent US belligerence against Iran is acquisition of a nuke.
Every 3 year old knows that.
China buys their oil to keep their economy afloat. Russia gave them technical know-how. So they have the money, resources, and ability to make a nuke.
Iran says they do not want nukes. 🤷‍♂️

Without nukes, the megalomaniacs in Washington and Tel Aviv will be emboldened to go to war.
Tehran knows this and yet they're putting Russia and China in a nasty quagmire.
With friends like this, who needs enemies.
Russia and China have done all they can to make sure the US does not have its way on Iran.
They used the same template with NK. It worked. Why is Khamenei being stubborn?

Well, if you don't want nukes, the next best thing is to try to talk the US out of launching a military strike.
That's the current stage.
If that fails, we'll get a proxy war.
A war that was completely avoidable.

On balance, I should not be concerned about a war.
Iran can hold its own.
My apprehension is that the mullahs made a mess of a situation where they held all the cards.

Are North Korean soldiers in Russia supporting the war effort at the front? Yes.
What exactly are their responsibilities at the front? Unclear and open to debate.

Honestly. No country will take them serious if they don't protect their allies.
Someone said maybe Iran is not important to them and I ask, how many allies do they even have in the first place to be throwing Iran under the bus?
The more allies you have the better for you militarily and economically because your allies will always defy UN and US sanctions against you, they will always trade more with you than the west thereby boosting each other economically and reducing sanctions impacts on your economy.
Allies are a soft springboards for launching missiles or flying your jets to attack or closing their air against enemy missiles or closing their sea route against enemy ships etc
Allies are very very important because a tree doesn't make a forest.
If political leaders can't count on you to protect them against the big bullys if they protect your interest, that there is no guarantee from you their economy won't be destroyed or their seats won't be taken away from them and given to an opponent, then nobody will take you serious to come under your umbrella
