insecurity is everywhere.

We cried to Governor Peter Mba to do something about insecurity in Enugu state where Fulani herdsmen have virtually taken over Eha Amufu communities.

So, insecurity is a general problem which needs to be solved holistically.

The pandemic of skull mining is just too much in Yoruba Land. People need to be enlightened plus death penalty must be imposed on anyone found culpable of this dastardly and disgusting act.

DNA is problematic in this country, so we have to rely on old fashioned methods to identify dead people. Am sure they were killed, their heads were removed to prevent them from being identified, and they were disposed of elsewhere.

By the time the cops identify them, a lot of crucial time would have passed.

Sometimes in solving crimes , you have to think like the criminal

One anatomy lecturer I had used to say that criminals sabi anatomy more than doctors. He was not necessarily saying that that was true in real life, but that they are far more intelligent than we give them credit for.

Even if it was ritual killing, what I said before applies. The killers do not want to be caught...so they dump the bodies in the river...or in an isolated part where by the time they are found, decomposition sets in. Either way, result is the same...forensic evidence is lost, determining time of death is difficult. Police take far far longer to solve the crime....because so much has been lost. NO fingerprints, no dna.

Killers, whether ritualists or plain murderers, or accidental, don't want to be caught. LIke the guy that killed and dismembered his girlfriend in Nassarawa, if it wasn't for a sharp eyed motorcyclist, he would have gotten away with it. Not only had he killed the girl, he had chopped her body into bits and was planning to dispose of it in several hiding places.


And I am not defending any crime, and you better change that comment of yours, boyo, otherwise I will report you to the mods.

The name of the game is to slow the investigation and if the worst happens and the criminals are caught, the defence lawyer can make a good argument that there is no physical evidence, therefore his client did not commit the crime.

Given the prevalence of ritual killings and herdsmen attacks in that part of the country, it is not possible that one of the two scenarios is what happened and not your highly celebral and organised theory

Three weeks ago. I had a car emergency that had me parked in the middle of Ore to Ondo town. And I had to wait for a tow vehicle to come from Ondo town. Exactly where I was parked was a dead body.. that had no head. Decaying and as good as dried. It’s sickening how they behead eachother anyhow.
