Again, what evidence does she need to provide for you to believe her cry should be given your ears? Why are you having a hard time with this? Why do you continue to resort to telling stories that make no sense to what is requested? Answer the original question, which is based on your claim that evidence is necessary. undecided
Do you know how Trump was convicted for an assault that happened years ago?

The man didn't fulfilled his own part of the deal, so she assumed it must be rape.

When women are looking for opportunities, they tend to want to lure men into compromising situations, and make themselves easy preys, to men who are ahead of them in their career paths. Most of the time, such acts lead to impromptu sexual adventures. At the end, the woman who is at receiving end may see the situation either as a give & take, or as exploitation, depending on the outcome.

It becomes emotionally distressful, frustrating and tormenting to realized that the person whom you had impromptu sexual encounter with did not pay you back in kind, or compensate you monetarily or otherwise. So, it becomes 'RAPE' no matter how you may want to see it.

Fear Women!

Every woman's case has to be the same before you acknowledge it as rape because in your eyes every situation and circumstance is the same? huh

Exactly! And that is one of the biggest issues with fighting rape in a place like Nigeria or Africa for that matter where we have people believing rape people's have to look attractive to be considered victims. undecided

That would be a question I would have to direct back at you since you pretend every rape circumstance has to be the same as that of the woman in that particular case you mentioned, meaning every other case should be thrown out just like that even where the law is clear on what the criteria for dissecting rape cases should be. undecided

1. I would have if I had information on that. But since I didn't, I left it out. undecided

2. That you are late to realizing rape for what it truly is has nothing to do with my education. undecided

3. Now you are just dribbling! Again, lack of consent amounts to force. If the Law does not consent, it is considered force; if the individual turned victim(with the consent of the law) also does not give consent, it is also considered an act of force. undecided
1. Don't. It is not our discussion

2. Just trying to save you from continuing sounding like a fool sir

3. Oga sir, na wa for you o. So you hire a prostitute or smoke a joint, where's the force?
Search everywhere and bring us ONE instance where it says rape must include force

1. Male rape was mentioned right on the first page making it part and parcel of the discourse. undecided

2. Focus on saving yourself instead.

3. Again, make Google your friend in this area if you are not already aware that lack of consent(either by law or victim) amounts to force. undecided

I don’t know this unnecessary argument you are trying to make, you are not the court of law to say the man is guilty of what she is accusing him of. It’s people like you that take delight in jungle justice. You think she will go to court and say he raped me and the court will say , oya straight to jail. If you had been in America, you would have been a Woke leftist democrat 😂

1. And thread is about female rape

2. I'm already saved. You're not

3. I did and showed some definitions (see another below, from FBI). Show yours sir, where it says that lack of consent means force

Again, you required evidence from her only to then posit that only evidence that comlies with evidence presented in a case from 10 years ago would suffice, completely ignoring legal procedures. The unnecessary here is created by your person for reasons best known to you since you refuse to provide details, but seem quick to distract with meaningless tales. undecided

2. Keep your salvation to yourself since only those who need saving would appreciate hearing from you. undecided

3. I believe the issue here is whether the lack of consent(either from the Law or from the individual turned victim) is considered a forceful act. I fail to see how that excerpt there has anything to do with that. undecided

Summary of this long argument

She: he raped me
Me: ok, but any proof
You: she doesn’t need to prove anything, her saying it is enough.

This is how you get emotional on social media, and when the case gets to court and she doesn’t provide evidence and the courts dismisses the case, you will say the judge is corrupt.

Bye

Not bad mouth, but pls what type of guy would find this woman attractive to an extent of raping her??
Na you dey talk like this

If Vjay is placed on a hen, some men would sleep with it cheesy

If people can rape a mad woman and get her pregnant, then who is Lolo?

So, regardless of her claims or evidence she may provide, you are certain she was never raped because, according to you, she would need to provide the exact same sort of evidence that was provided in a case from 10 years ago? undecided

Its possible she changed her mind at the last minute after smooching and the man refused.

Why is she not mentioning a name? Whats the essence to telling half story?

I can bet it that one man can not rape a grown woman without gun point or weapon
. I don't believe it.. how can one man rape a grown woman like you.. u gave it to him
And for her to have kept quiet after the act indicates that.

You had consensual sex with your colleague. It's not possible for an unarmed man to rape an able-bodied woman.

She should have told us where and when it happened and also the circumstances that led the act. Without these info, her alleged rape is as dead as a rock.
