If you've met a rape victim before, you'll understand why they find it difficult to talk about it. I once referred a lady to Mirabel Centre. It took a lot of persuasion, prayers and assurances to get her to divulge the details. Thankfully, she was counselled and well cared for at the centre when she eventually agreed. I feel so sorry for rape victims. It's not a good place to be.
