In a situation where they respond and say my document evaluation is faulty and I go ahead to upload the correct document they need, will they evaluate the new document or I will have to pay all over again?

Every school have their requirements. It's not a general rule of thumb. Got to DAAD.de, find a school and course, then check the requirements

Most of the universities in Germany accept English language proficiency letter from your university...You don't need to stress on the school which make IELTS compulsory... peace

Please I need help regarding the VIDEX form
Will I fill the form and submit it online and still go with the printed copy to the embassy on the day of my interview ?

Secondly, where they asked about reference on the VIDEX form, how do I go about it because I’m going for my masters. What kind of reference should I use?

Please someone should help me answer these questions
You need to print out the form and sign it and go slog with it for your interview

As for the reference it can anyone you’ve been in contact with either from your school
Or if you’re using a letter of commitment it can be the person that gave you the letter

Someone got a date today on the German Telegram group I am on his appointment is May 6th and he said he booked an appointment August 25 2023.
