With our disastrous so called stable interest rate we are borrowing almost thesame as Argentina and with oil prices down we are most likely going to borrow more soon to fund the fraudulent budget.
Borrowing same as how? Do you guys just talk without evidence or believe Nairaland is your village square?

So exchange rate you met at 600 and floated the Naira which took it to 1500-1600 is called stability in your own Oshodi Oke Economic blueprint?

Which Kain head Una dey take think sef😡
Na water dey inside Abi na akamu?

News Alert, Tinubu's policies (if we dignify those bata shoes ideas as policies) are a total failure. It will be used in light years to come as one of the worst templates never to be used by humankind again in history.
So exchange rate was stable when official was N450 and parallel rate at N750?

You be novice. This argument is way beyond your intellect.

I checked. Average price of petrol is 14.44 Cedis is like N1450.

One thing you should know, Ghana import refined fuel and they also have lot of taxes on their petrol. They pay up to 25 - 35% sometimes on taxes.

For Nigeria, we don’t have taxes on petrol we buy at the station. Zero VAT.

So that price of N900+ is very very reasonable. Infact it should be lesser than that with the current crude price.

Can’t you just subtract the value based on each president tenure and use that to infer?

Do you want everything spelt out like ABC?

Of course! the Argentinians and the comptrollers of western owned international banks, are all related to one another… are all mostly descendants of the old European n.azis!

APC has been doing what you are saying since 2015 how has the economy been?.
575 billion dollars to 199 billion dollars

PDP did what I said partially for 16 years moved economy from 59 billion dollars to 575 billion dollars

Yet you want me to waste Rome to argue with you? Nah don't have that time
PDP didn't experience Recession and Economic melt down caused by Covid 19.
In your explanation put this into consideration, also canada,America and the UK are experiencing huge economy down turn.
I really do not know how the currency market work but i know a bit of History.
PDP saw Economy Boom and mismanaged it

Argentina is what happens when you take loans over decades to maintain a first world lifestyle.

Millei reforms are somewhat working, but it was never going to hide the fact that cash was low. Or that he too would have to take imf coin eventually

As for Nigeria, our problems is what happens when 80% of government revenue is based on oil and when government for decades does nothing to.change that
Good, thanks for saying the truth, our problem started long before now and not today

Argentina is borrowing with clear path to come out of their crises.

Tinubu borrowed unapproved cumulative amount of $9.6 billion without anything to show for it.

APC is a satanic party
Hope you know Argentina will still borrow another $40 billion soon sha, don't read headlines but news in full.

Quite the contrary.

Milei’s capitalist reforms have delivered positive results beyond the expectations of many, while terrible T-Pain’s pseudo progressive socialist policies have made things worse for us.

If Tinubu's reform is not working, by now many states would be owing salaries.Remember,27 states could not pay salaries at a time until Buhari assisted them.

This is the 10th year of APC rule and the country has nothing to show for it but you stupidly reduce it to 2 in defence of your useless tifnubu who we all know played a big role in the election of the fool Buhari, even encouraging him to print money as much possible without tying it to any productive endeavor, ushering the massive inflation we face today.

Asking how many industry PDP built shows you don't know how development works

Government have no business in business you support businesses

PDP creates billionaires in dollars APC have created zero

Did OBJ meet any reserve?

Music sector grew under PDP
Movie
Cenima
Telecom
Insurance
Banking
Aviation

Name one industry APC has improved since 2015
APC has improved the downstream petroleum sector since 2015, so many local refineries now in operation. Under APC, local manufacture of tiles has developed, Nigeria is now self sufficient in tiles production, many Chinese coys make tiles in Edo and Ogun state, we hardly need to import them from China. Under APC the Fintech sectors have boomed, far larger capitalization and so many jobs created by them. Only sector developed under PDP was telecoms under OBJ. Movies and comedy in entertainment grew but fizzled out by 2014 but music picked up by then. OBJ built r serves, credit to him but GEJ fizzled it out on consumption, using it to defend d naira and in paying fuel subsidy. By d time he left in 2015 u could hardly cite any sector that grew under his watch neither could u point to d infrastructure he built
