ANYTIME I SEE THE NAME CHINA, I KNOW IT WILL WORK.

One thing you can say about China regarding their projects in Nigeria so far, is that they ALWAYS deliver.

No long stories, like European mago-mago, Jibiti companies.
You made a good observation my friend.

Stop that joke! Is it today you people have been procuring and constructing transmission lines?

This won't still make Nigeria to have steady power supply. It's a shame that Nigeria as a country still struggles with epileptic power supply.

Una no dey shame? Make better shame dey catch una.

If common Zimbabwe and Republic of Congo can have steady light supply, what stops Nigeria as a country from having steady electricity?

Na corruption go finish all of una that don't want this country to get better.

Those corrupt cabals that are sitting on top of the progress of this country, God will disgrace all you one by one.

Power is not cheap anywhere

Go check how much dem dey pay for 24-48hrs light in UK and US.

U want power but U no one pay.

U are a comedian
Tah. Stop it there. Stop this broad daylight hallucination. This is broad day light wítchcraft you're exhibiting.

What people pay abroad is nothing compare to what they make.

They term it utility bill. This consist of light, gas and water. For a full month, a household utility bill falls between the range of $100-200 depending on the number of persons that consist of a household. Those abroad can testify to this.

Don't make it look like staying in darkness in Nigeria is your calling.

Must you die in darkness? Won't it be a thing of joy if Nigeria manages to have steady power supply?

All of una wey no want this country to get better, God will disgrace una one by one.

Thanks for responding to that dimwit accordingly. People are spending more than the money they should spend on utility bill when you add fuel for generator. It means people can afford it and manage its usage better knowing fully well that there will be constant electricity

I just tire for some people my brother. They don't just want this country to progress. Imagine the dodoyo saying people can't pay if there is steady power.

You can see that some of the masses are contributing to the backwardness of this country.

I don tire for this kind people I swear.

The chinese are treating us like their slaves doing us anyhow to our people that got employed under them in this country, this is because the lack of production that Nigeria cannot do on their own that they have to rely on other countries, ok agreed you have to depend on foreign countries on some projet but atleast can we shift our direction away from Chinese and applying brakes on the way they invest so that we can gain some sort of respect.
The reality of the situation is this, the recent large presence Chinese in black africa is for one of 2 reasons or both

1) To begin the process of wiping out black africans to replace them with chinese , as Chinese have been used to replace indigenous negros in many other parts of the world starting with china itself, native Americans were also replaced with Chinese, creating the so called red Indians who were originality dark skinned people.

The Europeans who run the world whenever they want to wipe black people out of an area they dont want to colonise themselves, they use Chinese

2) Since all the oyinbo people in the world are cousins except for negors, and we are thier captive slaves, it makes sense that they cant allow us to develop, unless they do it for us, in such a way that hey can sabotage that development should it suit them at anytime. It makes sense cause you can not allow your hostage to develop on his own, you have to be involved in every detail. And that is another reason why chinese have to spoon feed development to Naggas the fathers of civilisation on earth, the people who thought the goth who now calls himself European what soap is for.

So that as far as black Africans is concerned versus all the oyinbo races e in the world, the word RESPECT has no place. If you are young man better to get any expectation of respect from oyinbo out of your head the sooner the better, we are thier prisoner and hostage on this planet, you will never get respect from your hostage keeper.
You dont even have an army that can defend you, cause all african armies are oyinbo employees, that is why Chinese man can command Nigerian soldiers to beat up Nigerian man in viral video.

I only write this to make your life easier if you young man so your life can be easier, we are a defeated people, who are now held captive in this world, as such the best you can do is ignore anything what so ever along the lines of seeking respect from your hostage keepers.

For all we know the chinese have come to inherit black africa, and the way they usual do it is slowly over decades so that they can assimilate and understand the tradition like they did in china, they are not original Chinese people they are mongules, but the assimilated and mastered all the culture and tradition of original Chinese before wiping them out. They will be ready to wipe out the indigenous africa population when they have stolen all the traditions and can speak all the languages fluently and replace you at your traditional festivals , like they did in asia, cause all of asia was dark skin people.

Thier presence in large numbers in black africa signals the beginning of the end of black Africa, the Europeans who run the world will set them up with business etc to make sure they have solid foundation in the country, just like they setup the arabs and Indians in Europe by giving them all the small shops and petrol, stations in Europe and usa with one decade. Within one decade all the small business in Europe and usa became Indian or arab owned.

And when thy send them to places with black people to colonise, they usually send them armed, that is why of all the places in the world where Europeans are, the only places where its legal to have weapon is places where there was indigenous black population like, usa, Australia, south africa, new zeland, Canada , south america etc, but notice in Europe itself, gun ownership is heavily banned.

So no, my brother, black africans are by far more likely to go extinct within a few short decades than gain any kind of respect from any oyinbo race.

Nothing lasts forever , and if black people go extinct in this world , it will be a lesson in complacency cause at one time we had the goths who now call themselves European as slaves, that is where the word slavic comes from, cause Europe was founded by black people and they had their slaves in parts of eastern europe called slavic.

They lost thier thrown, heritage and now on the verge of extinction , in part cause they were sleeping with their slaves, who later took over thier kingdom to put them on verge of extinction.

When you tell people to watch their conduct and be their brother keeper and be loyal, they think its a joke, now we face extinction for the complacency of out ancestors .

But as philosophers say, it is ignorant to expect anything to last forever, including the original founders of civilisation on earth, the nagga serpent man. Not going to get that respect , cause the odds are time is already up, that large number of Chinese in black africa are not here cause they like the weather , and i wont be surprised if all of them you see in africa for now are soldiers sent ahead to prepare thier communities for taking over black africa.
But they will make sure to steal all your traditions and cultural secrets before the wipeout, they are already having Chinese tribal chiefs in northern Nigeria , where all he civil servant terrorists are wiping out the natives.

Its same way you see them turning Goths who now call themselves Europeans into Israelite one bullet at a time in Palestine, Same way one civil servant terrorist attack at a time they will turn black africa to Chinese.

Decentralize transmission and distribution, any region that vandalizes their own should bear the consequences alone. I don't enjoy this present scenario where somebody will vandalize power infrastructure in zamfara and I will be suffering it in Benin city, or somebody vandalizes it in Rivers state and somebody in kano will be suffering it embarassed
Generating, transmitting and distributing has been decentralized

You don't know what you are saying bros, we are face with too many challenges as a country we just don't have the kind of resources to invest massively into the power sector, if government pump better money for power sector in 4 years will we have 24hrs electricity, nor even compare Nigeria to the Chinese at all China get money they can pump billion of dollars into a single infrastructure in a short period they do deliver, see ordinary 2nd Niger Bridge when take almost a decade to construct bright of just few kilometers lol
DeLaRue:
No President in the world can 'give' 24hrs electricity to all Nigerians in 4 years. Let's be realistic. Even a country like India doesn't have 24hr electricity across the country.

To generate power and distribute it through new or even refurbished transmission infrastructure takes several years. To do it on the sort of scale that'll guaranty 24hr electricity in Nigeria will take at least 15 years. And that's 15 years of spending about $4 billion dollars every year.

Even if you bring the Chinese President on secondment to govern Nigeria. He won't be able to do it because Nigerian politicians at all levels steal too much. Well, may be if he brings his firing squad with him from China and send all thieving Nigerian politicians to the gulag, then the money might be available.

Nigeria has under invested in power for over 40 years. There can be no miracle in 4years.

If the government can improve things significantly, and all future administrations continue to invest heavily in power infrastructure, only then can Nigeria dream of 24hrs power supply.

Overly pessimistic view.

Nigeria can achieve 24/7 power within the next 3 to 5 years. The country already has generating capacity of over 15,000 megawatts. It just needs to enhance distribution/transmission capacity and iron out issues with billing, discos etc, and we're good.

Even your corruption stuff is exaggerated. It's easier to detect now, per digital age, and EFCC.

You can't just steal brazenly as you seem to think, and it's gonna get even harder, as we bring in AI into EVERYTHING in the years ahead.

This is a welcome development.

Power is key to economic growth and every step taken to improve it is commendable.
The Past Govts - all knew this - that Without Power- Regular Lights/ Electricity 🚨 - You can't be talking about Industrialization anywhere in Nigeria.
So,all these Decades gone- Past Govt - were Budgeting Humongous NBILLIONS $Dollars- e.g OBJ - under PDP- were all playing Lips 👄 Services and this Problems of Corruption have now Accumulated and the Youths don't have Future here, hence JJAPA SYNDROME.
Our Leaders - Former Presidents, Former Ministers of Power, former Governors, former Senators and House of Representatives - were All Involved and should be Ashamed - that Instead of Fixing the Lights - rather Chose to be Importing Generators To Nigeria!
- Can Generators Fixed Nigeria Industrialization? NO.
Very Shameful Indeed.

But what you don't know is abroad and Nigeria are two different places. The economies are different.

Now let me ask you: the other African countries that have steady power supply like Ghana, Ivory Coast, Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Republic of Benin, Uganda, Zimbabwe etc? Are they paying up to what those abroad are paying for getting steady electricity?

Ask yourself, how long are we going to support the inadequacies of our corrupt leaders as citizens?

I leave you with the answers to bonder over.

It depends on each country. But the most important thing is that, Ghana and South Africa citizens are comfortably paying their electricity bills without breaking the bank, because the whole country is electrified and having steady power supply.

Electricity is the easiest thing every country will get and make available to their citizens. And this Has been proven by smaller African countries.

If other smaller African countries can make available steady power supply to their citizens, then it's a very big shame to Nigeria to still be battling with epileptic power supply in this century. I see no reason why Nigeria shouldn't have steady power for her over 200 millions citizens.

This is very shameful friend. This is not something I will even love to share with people from other African countries cuz I will be so ashamed to share something like this with them.

I do hide my face in big shame for Nigeria. This is one of the things South Africans use to insult Nigerians. They will always say: go and fix your country.

I feel like crying for Nigeria.
