In 500 years to come, Micheal Jackson won't even be more popular than William Shakespeare or Socrates.

Of all time means celebrities that their popularity would flourish even after a thousand years.

You seem to misunderstand the question or you're misunderstanding the meaning of the word popular! How many people on earth today know who Shakespeare or Socrates are in comparison to how many people know of Michael Jackson? Even in the remotest parts of Africa or Latin America, you're more likely to meet someone who knows Michael but hasn't heard of the other two. Was there ever a time in the lives of those two individuals, who no doubt are both accomplished, that there were more people on earth that knew of them compared to how many knew Michael was when he was alive?

Without any iota of atomic doubt it's Michael Jackson of blessed memory.
