I don't think he was cleared but only negotiated with the US anti drug trafficking officials by forfeiting $460k to them to stop the continuation of his trial in the US nobody knows yet the kind of information they have gathered during the course of their investigation but am sure it doesn't look good that's obviously why tinibu fought very hard to stop the release of documents related to their investigations. Nigeria doesn't have a reliable judiciary to even stop tinibu if the documents indictes him in drug trafficking.

He was probably moving money for some people which a lot of Nigerian young men do and get percentage. You can never escape drug dealing charges and criminal charge in US except you are CIA.
