Peter as PW1, is under obligation as a Prosecution Witness in a serious criminal case. When they get home or to their village, they can settle but in court, if you lie under oath, you are in big trouble.

That angle of his death and this serious multi billion naira and dollars criminal case unraveling before us is worth investigating as well. The family of Bayo Odunsami should seek to be clear that the death of their son was not to get rid of him so that Jude can take over the account. The money at stake is huge!
