On a serious note, the stupid video evidence they are even demanding is a very new addition to Nigerian law under computer generated evidence.
Under Nigerian laws, one can give evidence for facts in issue, facts relevant to facts in issue, facts not in issue but connected to a fact in issue so as to form part of the same transaction, facts which are the occasion cause or effect of relevant facts.
In short, a court judgement is a very valid evidence one can use to show that something happened. I currently forgot the legal terminology used for it, will avail once I remember.
For instance, in an appeal case, except under special considerations, one is not allowed to start all over stating stories of what happened and what didn't happen, one only needs to tender an existing court judgement and that's all the appeal needs to uphold or quash the judgement. The appeal will only decide whether the initial court followed due process in admitting or rejecting evidence already tendered.
Please don't waste further time with those generational fools.

What you posted is a military funeral, which any vet who served is entitled to..Whether he later became a mercenary or not. He is entitled to a military funeral as a veteran..
