At the Court today, the presiding Magistrate, His Honour, A. O. Olorunfemi (Mrs.), confirmed that the legal advice issued by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), of the Ministry of Justice, Lagos State, Dr. Babajide Martins showed that there was no evidence to substantiate the allegation of armed robbery against Quadri. |

Irupetepete:He was maliciously framed as constituting public nuisance, said to be fighting in public, just because the street boys around did not get a share in the funds he received from the small fame and encounter with the former Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi and his convoy, so the story I hear goes. Then the police added baseless charges because there is no Judicial system. They just say one did so and so and it sticks with no evidence or even with evidence to the contrary. |

They better move out of that neighborhood/community and go start life somewhere different. Kudos to the lawyers, the people that made this all possible. |

Irupetepete:You will never get to know what he did. Obidients will definitely twist the story to paint a narrative, so anything you hear will be their own version of what actually transpired |

If there is ever going to be an effective police reforms, most of those currently in the police should be dropped and asked to reapply so that they can go through a proper screening exercise! Well-done INIBEHE EFFIONG, ESQ! You have done very well! |

Sirmwill:You must be a foreigner to sound like this, its a normal routine of Nigeria police to assist in corruption…Only few like taking a plate of rice off a full back of rice doesn’t involve in any form of corruption… |

Irupetepete:I am sure you didn't read where it was stated above, that two jealous area boys framed him up for street fight. And when he was taken to police station, police now added their own ,that he was involved in armed robbery, merging him with three others he never met,as being a gang of armed Robbers. They charged him and said he was 18 Years, when he was less than 18 actually. All these happened because of the donations he got, when he drew that attention during Obi's campaign. In a nutshell, this show the npf is a criminal organization allegedly. This is how some innocent citizens are wasting away in detention, because of the useless police force we have. What do you even expect? When their head was said to be due for retirement, but refused to leave office, because he supported one Oga at the top,at some point, Allegedly. When Trump said it's a shit hole country, this was what he actually met. The corruption is just too must.. The intimidation of less privileged is on another level, since Apc took over from pdp. |

This here again is another failure just like many others of the Judiciary, its standards and absence of quality control and checks of processes/tasks validation. If the Judiciary were working his wrongful accusers should have been held instead. The Police would have been fined and the funds deducted from source so that it can affect their budget for tainting their duty and standard of policing, eroding public trust and disregard of ethical standards of the profession. Nobody will tell the Police command to deliver the officers responsible for eating into their collective budget and thereby affecting every other police officers' paycheck. When consequences are felt during enforcement, order will stay. |
