Islam labels disbelievers as disbelievers.
It is same in all those other languages. Paul too advices you not to yoke equally with disbelievers.

So that doesn't stop Islam from being the only religion from the time Adam till date!

Seyi Tinubu was a product of fertilization of his mum and dad! Jesus is not given birth to by God! God needs no son to function! He is able to do all things on his own! God did send messengers from Noah, Moses, etc.

If, according to you, all religions are under the umbrella of Islam, how can there exist "infidels" or whatever subtle term you wish to use for them at this point in time?

2. Paul did not advise me since I am not Paul's servant. Also, according to his letters, those who were not of his belief were Israelites who refused to convert to the New Covenant that was offered to them by their Israelite Deity. You would note this since the same Paul had no issues presenting himself to the Romans as one who was to be considered on equal footing as them, given that he too happened to be a Roman. He obviously did not consider the Romans unbelievers.

3. According to you, every religion out there does not exist because they are all, by default, Islamic, regardless of the deity they bow or bowed to. That is the extent of your previous claim. We already know the Islamic narratives—Allah needs a consort to create a son. 😅 The irony is that He spoke Adam and Jesus into existence with a simple command: 'Be!'
