Women hate condom. They are more concerned about pregnancy than infection. They will only be asking if you came inside instead of thinking what if you infected them with something bad. I have had to deny lots of girls sex because I didn't have condom and trust me, they were all furious, sad, ashamed at the same time. They start by trying to go ahead with the sex even when you say you won't, then blackmail (you don't like me, you are afraid of pregnancy etc) then anger, then begging finally shame. I took a random interview with 40 Ladies I came in touch with,lo and behold,just a handful of 10 ladies uses condom,the remaining 30 just smile and pass ,signifying they are not using condoms.

These boils down to the high rate of single mothers in the present society.

I am not castigating anyone both the male or female because life in general is not what you bargain for.

If am to advice,it will be better to use protection as to avoid the unwanted pregnancies and keep yourself from stress of raising a child all alone.

Am not exempted from this,I have had series of ladies visiting me and if I don't initiate condom use,they don't mind going raw and I frown at that.
Not because I am condom freak but just to avoid the unthinkable.

Currently ,am in a slum area for a job and close to me are malnourished single ladies with at least a child and if you ask them,who is responsible for that child,they claim the father is no where to be found.
Condom could have prevented that .

Conclusively,,am not finger-pointing but as a civilize individual,protection is better than cure.

The case of Bayesla has more to do with geography, as island regions or countries witha great affinity for water have a very high level of promiscuity. As for condoms, you, as the man or even the woman in each case, should put it on.

Any woman who is sexually active and allows her sexual partners to deposit their sperm into her, anything she sees, let her take it like that. Women are adults as much as men are. The coddling is too much.

Because women can harbour sexual diseases and infections much longer than men, a simple example is gonorrhoea. Also, in cases where the man is financially stable and unmarried, they can attempt to tie you down with pregnancy.

Whilst I agree with you generally about condom use, that state you mentioned presents a unique problem. I have heard many people who hail from that place attest to the fact that sex is no big deal there. Teenage pregnancy and fatherhood is nothing new to them. It's their lifestyle and they are unashamed of it. I'd rather you focus on the project that took you dare. Chop your own portion and leave or do chochocho and chop beating wey no good

Aren't the condoms designed to be worn by men and not women? Why not balance this survey of yours by asking the men in the area how many of them wear condoms during intercourse and how many of them have been infected with STDs? Also, ask how much they have had to spend treating said STD while you are at it. undecided

I am not fishing for who to blame or any of the sort here. Just pointing out that since the condoms are, in most cases, designed to be worn by men, the focus should then be on why men don't wear them at all. undecided
