With the way wen PDP Governors and Politicians across the country dey twerk for Asiwaju, is there any need for election in 2027?

Asiwaju's strategy for 2027 looks like he is trying to eliminate the primary influence of the North in his path to re-election. Are you seeing the same thing?
Well the man did say he plans for betrayal and he plans for reconciliation

A lot of northern politicians with entitlement mentality have lost out and are planning their revenge from el rufai down

This is his strategy and from the look of things it will work in his favor unless the Northern coalition fields in a Southern candidate to counteract the South's turn rhetoric, if the opposition fails to present a formidable southern politician they should kiss 2027 goodbye

PDP governors are trying to protect their party from Atiku takeover. Given how he barely cares about the local politics and only comes to pick tickets and walk away every 4yrs. One thing you cant take away from Tinubu is that even when he wasnt president and a party leader, he will put his head into every APC, ACN problems try to settle it and even get stained

Atiku has a SPV placeholder ticket in SDP already

Atiku is the ONLY person who can currently defeat Tinubu in a nationwide election with the right alignment

If he succeeds, which is looking likely with recent alignments, he may have given the South a new/ different formula to winning the Presidency.

This will slightly tilt the current balance of power which significantly favors the North.

While I agree that Atiku presents the biggest threat, the embolden was true for the last election cycle, not for this cycle, in my opinion.

Also, this is the most active I have seen Atiku post-elections in Nigeria. In the past, he would have returned to Dubai but he has remained in Nigeria and has been heavily involved in consultations in the core North.

Asiwaju's current strategy with the alignment of Middle Belt and Southern Governors/ Politician in the opposition looks more intentional than just defeating Atiku. This looks like Asiwaju is trying to revamp the equation to winning the Presidential elections. The historical/ current equation keeps primary influence on the North but his strategy is looking to change that.

This feels like a longer termed plan than just his reelection.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu

President of Nigeria (2023 - 2031)

I'm a realist and I've accepted it's a forgone conclusion.

Atiku Abubakar ❌
Goodluck Jonathan ❌
Peter Obi ❌
Rabiu Kwankwaso ❌
Nasir El-Rufai ❌
Seyi Makinde ❌
Bala Mohammed ❌

PDP + LP + NNPP + SDP + APGA + Mushroom Parties ❌

Unfortunately or fortunately, the ONLY person who could have defeated Jagaban is constitutionally barred from vying for the office.

2027 sure for Tinubu the way Jollof rice dey sure for Owambe.
