ufotunang:That's not enough excuse for Rivers people to die of hunger. Both the legislative arm and the executive arm were not ready to put the people first, so their removal was in order. |

tamonokare:Fubara was already asking to represent the budget to the defecting lawmakers as they wanted but they went on indefinite recess so why are u blaming Fubara if not because u are a wike boy? Did Fubara not comply with the court judgement? |

jaxxy:I don't care about Fubara or Wike, i care about the people. So is this enough excuse for thousands of families of civil servants to die of hunger as a result of their stupid politics? I support the suspension of Fubara and the 27 lawmakers and i wish the suspension will stay till 2027 so the people can elect people oriented leaders. |

Are there no problems in Kaduna State? The president will extend the tenure of the sole administrator, if it deems it fit and there's nothing you can do. Meddlesome interloper. |

tamonokare:Is your comment not tyrannical to assume or absolve the president of his unconstitutionality in the removal of a democratically elected persons in Rivers state? Due respect, i wish that common sense prevails over sentiments in posturing of our comments. It is this kind of reasoning that empowers dictatorship and impunity as in the case of Rivers State. If the judiciary and the legislative aren’t sleeping or not a part of this national mess, they should have reigned supreme but the Supreme Court is only supreme to suppress the interest of the people at the command of the highest bidder and the incumbent. The truth always prevails anytime, it does not matter how long it takes for lies to be known for what they are and all those that played a part in enthroning lies and unconstitutionality. |

jaxxy:You should be fair in your comments.... Upon the judgement given by the SC, Speaker Ahmaewule representing the RS legislative house sent an order informing the governor of presenting the 2025 budget, the governor in turn said his lawyers has not received the CTC of the SC judgement and shown him.. He was given a timeline for such twice which he defaulted. Likewise he was asked to present his list for commissioners to be screened .....a The governor also defaulted. Upon receiving the CTC through his lawyers , he now went to forward a message to the legislative house for a meeting with them about payment of their entitlements and others... Does the above in any way look like the governor was ready to present the 2025 budget or he was still tryijg to flex his muscles with them ....... Even after the SC verdict !!!!!!!! Let me ask you just this question.... If the SC judgement had gone in favor of Gov. Fubara would he have waited to receive the CTC from his lawyers before evicting them out of the legislative quarters? |

tamonokare:..but the constitution doe not give the president the right and power to remove or suspend a governor and law makers... It's the law makers that have the constitutional right to impeach or suspend a governor according to the constitution |

luckyz4rea:Where were you when the Rivers state assembly complex built with Rivers taxpayers money was demolished by a "democratically elected " governor ? Where were you when a "democratically elected " governor withheld the salaries of democratically elected lawmakers of a state ? Where were you when your "democratically elected " governor conducted Local government elections without recourse to our laws as it concern elections? Now, you're talking about "constitutionality" now that God used Tinubu to save the lives of thousands of families of Rivers state workers who would have died of hunger as a result of non payment of their salaries. Abeg carry this your "constitutionality" discussion go front abeg. |

ufotunang:I'd leave lawyers to care about what the constitution says about removing insensitive leaders who care more about politics than the lives of ordinary people. I just wish their suspension was indefinite. |

tamonokare:You have issues with democratically elected and the unconstitutionality I used. It is fine, but unconstitutionality does not take away democratically elected people. I’m not supporting the governor of Rivers State, I’m speaking like most Nigerians and especially Rivers people spoke against unconstitutionality. By the way, how many Rivers people came to you to say they love the unconstitutionality of a Sole Administrator? |

bixton:what jargons are you even saying. How is receiving CTC from his lawyers a crime? When one randy House members decided to give the governor 48 hours deadline to appear before him in one sentence and in another sentence draw up a list of so called gross misconduct isn't that a big joke to you? |

Bobloco:Abeg no mind that mumu guy... Come to Rivers state and see how sad the people are... Fubara made life easy especially for civil servants and pensioners.. no more borrow borrow.. He paid them all outstandings and even promoted those due .. This was what Wike bluntly refused to do for 8 years... Pension arrears nko? Atleast people had funds to buy stuff in the market.. Market was good even in the .ist of the inflation |
