If you say prostration it's not about kneeling down or bowing, it's about obeisances and submission.
At least we worship Allah while standing too, does that mean our Islam is nullified by greeting anybody while standing?

Importantly the prophet recommended them

By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no woman will fulfill her duty towards her Lord unless she fulfills her duty towards her husband.”

The Prophet (SAW) sayings will not nullify our Culture, only Allah can command such. Don’t be unfortunate in life. The Prophet (SAW) didn’t know about Yoruba Culture when he gave the advice and so didn’t put our Culture into consideration, only Allah is all knowing.

Least you forget, I am a Muslim.
