Of course state police is the way, but it seems that it is the governors that don't want state police, it's all over in the news, so Nigerians should prevail on their governors, because most of them are saying they can't afford it...but I think the ones that are ready should go ahead, federal government seems to have left the issue with the national assembly and the states, which is correct.
