Prison works- many hardcore drug addicts are forced to quit their addictions after years in a drug free prison. the nonsense behavior will stop immediately.

I understand how you feel, and I do feel for you. It's not about just "being disciplined" as some people are saying. I think you need to seek medical intervention. You'll be prescribed medications that will help control all your risky urges.
Try to go to any neuropsychiatric hospital around you and make your complaint.
