Rigging a state election is different from rigging a national election, especially when you're a president who's popularity does not extend beyond the political elite.

2027 is still Nigeria's for the taking, Tinubu is doing a very good job of creating the impression that the elections are a foregone conclusion...many will fall for the psyops and they'd sit at home come election day...many won't and they'd make their choice known come election day.
