That's my point actually. However, the children can't really decide or know who accepts them until he or she is into the family. Therefore the safest bet is to remain single until the children are grown and can stand on their own so as to walk away if an understanding partner becomes and abusive step father or mother to them. And psychologically the children will be acting aggressive towards anybody coming close and most times those coming close not realizing this inherent subconscious reaction from the children might react defensively instead of assimilating their actions towards building trust.

Only God can comfort a widow with his or her children it's heart breaking honestly.

1. I totally disagree with this falsehood-riddled assessment of yours.
⚉ Children are quite capable of picking up on what their adult parents may not have realized about the other partner during the dating process
⚉ Remaining single is not a safer bet in this case, but a cowardly response to anxiety
⚉ If a parent communicates regularly and is properly bonded with the children, then any potential changes would be immediately recognized, and the parent would be forced to flee with the kids
⚉ Children mostly only act aggressively towards someone they are not comfortable with, either because they fear the parent is not mature enough or the other person is a real threat. It is up to the parent to realize the particular reason and react appropriately to their concern
The key here is that the parent needs to work as a unit with the kids in choosing the best fit partner or realizing what to do if the choice turns out to be a not-so-good one.

Life and death are constant and present realities of our existence. But make sure you don't lose your spouse due to your advertent or inadvertent actions or inactions. If a man or woman naturally encounters untimely death of their spouse, remarriage should happen whenever they want it, other things being equal. You're nor answerable to any human being for that matter except God.

There's no falsehood in a personal opinion but rather conviction so to say or coin a falsehood-riddle assessment of mine as if its a report of an event is a wrong use of word. I'm a guy, it's not a bad idea. Her children have their own life. Everything in marriage is not about children. The bible recognize it too.
