On Nisan 14th in the year 33 c.e Jesus instituted the yearly observance of his death.
After observing the passover which has to do with unleaven bread and wine he broke the bread in pieces gave to his eleven apostles and did the same with wine saying:
"Keep doing this in remembrance of me" Luke 22:19

Is this emblem to be taken by all those believing in Jesus as the Christ or meant for few of his disciples?

The funniest part of the story is they are not even aware that the memorial is just a year which means the emblem is to be taken just once a year but is that how they do it?

Each religion with different doctrine but only Jehovah's Witnesses is their problem because we refused to celebrate their pagan festival with them!

The passover meal is to be consumed by all Israelites and proselytes that became worshipers of Jehovah but the emblem Jesus initiated is to be eaten by only those who are to rule with Christ in his kingdom that's why he said:

"I will by no means drink again any of this product of the vine until that day when I drink it new with you in the Kingdom of my Father.” Matthew 26:29

The little flock is the major reason Jesus said only the Jews should be preached to {Matthew 10:6} because they are the ones to make up the little flock who will rule with him in his kingdom! Luke 12:32

It's this little flock that will established a global ministry with Christ's teachings and help people throughout the world to become their earthly subjects {Matthew 28:19-20 compare to Zechariah 8:23} that's why Jesus said none Jews are no part of this group but because the Jews refused to accept Jesus the invitation was blown open to none Jews! Matthew 22:2-14

According to Jesus' illustration of the King who made a marriage feast for his son but those invited were unwilling to come.
The King in this illustration is Jehovah while his son is Christ those invited are the Jews and the seat to be filled is 144,000 thrones set up for those who will serve as kings and priests with the Christ.
Jesus' ministry and his disciples worked for 3 years only to gather 500 Jews and after Jesus' ascension to heaven the number increased to about 4,000 still far away from 144,000 and the Jewish rulers keep attacking the Christians to stop fellow Jews from becoming Christians.

Note that one can't become a coruler with Christ unless he is baptized by water first then Holy Spirit but now that the Jews are unwilling Jehovah opened the way for gentiles to become part of Christ's corulers by anointing gentiles with Holy Spirit while they are yet baptized in water.

This is what Jesus meant in the illustration that the king sent his slaves out to bring in whoever they find {Matthew 22:10} that was how people of the nations became part of the corulers with Christ.

After Pentecost God began anointing people of the nations.

But some Christians started eating of the emblem assuming they are qualified since they are baptized Christians. Paul said many of them died in the process! 1Corinthians 11:27-30 compare to Matthew 22:11-14

So how can we know if we are qualified to eat the emblem?

So Jehovah only chooses among people who has never been in support of what is evil and they have a lot to sacrifice for their new appointment {Matthew 20:20-23} Satan knows them even before their appointment because they are ever loyal in whatever they do, when most of them are in false religions they were fully loyal throughout their lives that's why Jehovah and Satan wants them to rule in their domain.

So complete loyalty that Jehovah wants is exactly what Satan also wants the only difference is that Jesus is the sacrificial lamb used to initiate those who will rule in God's Kingdom while Satan demands the blood of humans related to their own agents for rituals and while corulers with Christ Jesus must forgo whatever this world has to offer {Luke 18:22, 28} Satan is ready to give his own agents whatever the world could offer! Luke 4:6-7

Satan knows these anointed men and he wants to kill them by all means but after Jesus has returned in the twentieth century he is using America to shield those taking the lead among his brothers from Satan's attacks.

The illustration of the wedding ceremony is about them {Matthew 22:2-13} that's why anyone who failed to understand despite being taught may loose his soul if such a person eat of the emblem unworthily {1Corinthans 11:27-30 compare to Matthew 22:11-13} these are people who eat and drink of the emblem presumptuously claiming they must be part of the ruling team with the Christ.
The first set chosen to eat of the emblem will become (angels) spirit sons of God in heaven {Luke 20:34-36} they will forever be with Jesus in heaven {1Thessalonians 4:16-17} and whenever he goes they go {Revelations 14:4} this ones are no longer humans so unlike humans that can't survive with the sight of God {Exodus 33:20} they are going to see God as spirit beings! Matthew 5:8
They will continue to serve us as helper to the King of kings and Lord of lords Jesus Christ by making sure that the inhabitants of earth are enjoying the benefits of their rule.
But what are the blessings in store for the inhabitants of the earth who survived the great tribulation? Revelations 7:14

Luk 20:36  for they cannot even die anymore, because they are like angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection.

The New Heavens comprises of Jesus the lamb of God and his 144,000 corulers! Isaiah 65:17

Today the number of this first set keeps decreasing as the great crowd emerges {Revelations 7:9} the great crowd are their prospective subjects who will inherit the earth under their rule. This earthly subjects won their prizes through the support and love they showed to Christ's brothers {Matthew 25:40} according to Christ Jesus they came to the rescue of the anointed ones after Jesus' ascension:

And the serpent spewed out water like a river from its mouth after the woman, to cause her to be drowned by the river. But the earth came to the woman’s help, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river that the dragon spewed out from its mouth. Revelations 12:15-16

Satan (the serpent) uttered judgement as the ruler of the world {1John 5:19} to make sure whatever step anointed ones takes may be stopped {Act 4:18; 5:28} this action was aimed at intimidating them but that's when Jesus' other sheep {John 10:16} came to support them and Satan became frustrated! Revelations 12:17
The support the other sheep gave makes it really tough for Satan and his cohorts to silence pure worship that's why Jehovah called them the New Earth! Isaiah 65:17
So both the New Heavens and the New Earth Jehovah gave a new group name: JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES! Isaiah 65:15
