I did the processing myself by providing the necessary documents like passport, statement of account, my business registration certificate, land documents, birth certificate and most importantly letter of invitation from the host. I bought an Italy Tour package, so the company provided me with an invitation letter. I submitted all these documents to TLScontact office at Lagos Island on the date of my appointment.

It is really annoying to see that you have to wait for months to get an italian visa. This kind of processing should be avoided, they dont work with time.

Not true. Except he has multi entry visa or a valid resident permit from any of the schengen countries.

Lol. You don't need to have a multi-entry visa if you're in the schengen area. The Italian tourist visa permits you to travel within schengen for 90 days. The only thing is that you mighteither need to enter via the embassy of the country you applied through or spend more of your travel time there.

Yes, you have to book an appointment online first before visa fee payment. You do the payment in person at the TLScontact office.
