This is not true. Training period is between 150k to 200k. It may get up to the 400k you quoted after confirmation

If graduate trainees in banks earn up to 400k-500k, how much more so graduate trainees in a reputable oil and gas firm? He may be right. In short he's more right than wrong. Note again that this is not a contract staffing recruitment. It's direct.

In the bank, graduate trainees don't earn up to such during their training period... It is after confirmation that they're paid such high figures. Go and make your research...

I know what you mean. What we're talking about here is the exact Graduate trainee salary not allowance. Some GTs don't pay salaries during the short training spell. They pay allowance. So the main salary is what we're talking about.

Yes Dover is an indigenous oil and gas company but their staffs are well taken care of. Do your research and you'll find out that not a single full time staff is complaining about their salary. It's only the contract staffs that complain and wish they could be paid like full time staffs. It's a happy company to work with as per reviews.

Oil and gas can't be any different unless they are not payed salaries but allowance only which I doubt. Please fact check before you reply.

Lols...based on current economic standings or when? Baba I know recruiters from there. Salaries were recently reviewed. Banks like Access Bank give trainee staffs cars after confirmation.
