Falana was right here because the case of defection of 27 law makers was not before the supreme court. This case was pending before a federal high court in Port Harcourt. Nonetheless, the SC had t give ruling on the defection of these law makers

Does anyone just jump to the SC with their case?

It's already told that the RSHC lacked jurisdiction on that matter. So it's everything the RSHC was doing was just empty.

The case started from the FHC, moved to the Appeal Court, some amendments were carried out and it proceeded to the SC.

Fubara felt bad when he considered the billions spent on Falana and yet git a better judgment from Tinubu than the one dished to him by SC where Falana spurred him to take his case to. Fubara said the amount was enough to develop Rivers State substantially.

How many billion please?

And as a lawyer, has Wike ever won or lost a case that he personally handled in any court?

Ask him please. He was the one who said it. He said the billions he spent on the case was enough to develop the case. He didnt say it hidden. He said it openly.
