Chilipepper:This is a story for those who idolise him with his questionable source of wealth....but money laundering on behalf of the politically exposed people is a source of wealth too I should agree. Chilipepper:Next of kin doesn't translate to one having the right to be a beneficiary of the Estate of a deceased father. Next of kin simply means the person that can be contacted in the event they try getting across to the owner of an account and he is unreachable. At Obi Cubana's level he should have a tastament on how he wants his estate to be shared in the future. It is the testament that really counts and not 'Next of Kin'. Even as 'Next of Kin' to a bank account of a deceased person that died intestate, you still need letter of administration from the probate registry to be eligible to access the funds in the account. 5 Likes 1 Share |
