I use toothpaste up to half or quarter to finish and I throw away and buy a new one

I have personally noticed that these brands of toothpastes have their individual strengths.

For instance, Close-Up is the best when you want to eliminate bad breath; doesn't really whiten your teeth.

Oral-B is best when you want your teeth to get whiter. People who use Oral-B still struggle with bad breath.

Sensodyne strengthens your gum. Etc.

These are just my personal observation

In that case, one should just buy 3 of them.

I stay away from Fluoride toothpaste as far as I can, the only brand that I use is that one made with charcoal.

Yes, seen it in just one supermarket and they don't stock much because it's imported and pricey.

Toothpaste for me is like beer, perfume and soap. I don’t have any preference. They do the same job.

In my experience using products with saccharine or high fluoride index, My teeth get really sensitive over a period of usage like i can barely brush afterwards and or chew. But the no fluoride/saccharine type I don’t get that type of feeling ever. Maybe it’s just me. so I stay away but can’t be thesame for everyone maybe but there’s a general conspiracy that fluoride ain’t good for humans as it affects the pineal gland but me oh I don’t believe that since most governments tap water are fluoridated

Oral B can trade it for anything else

I used to use pepsodent and then I started feeling pains in my tooth once in a while. I resorted to using pain killers to relieve me of the pains but after sometime, the pain comes back. Was managing the pain like that until my Elder Brother came back from the Us and brought Crest Tooth paste last Year December. Since I started using Crest Tooth paste, I have not experienced those pains in my tooth like I used when I was making use of Pepsodent. Don't know what I'll do when the Crest Tooth paste finally gets finished maybe I'll try Colgate.
