Voted ke, I have left the country for a very long time now, if I have my way, I will move all my relations and family out of this country, is not getting any better and it hasn't gotten better, right from when I was small, my parents keeps complaining and now the cycle continues.

Every eligible voter already has their biometrics with INEC. Why use a plastic card when your finger prints or iris can be used?
