I'm not saying there aren't marketers who get promoted year in and year out. However, in over 90% of those cases, they aren’t just hitting their targets and getting the promotions on their own. They typically have a godfathers within the bank or a well-known name outside the bank backing them. It doesn't just happen like that... Please check with your people again, bro.

There are people who will still frown at the idea irrespective of the opportunities ( looting ) that abounds.
