One thing that came to my mind was that who would have believed orubebe of all people will join APC?

Now to the question, you decide to cut ties with people cos they voted who isn't your candidate, what if obi becomes an ally to Tinubu tomorrow


What will you say?
Will you go back to them and ask for forgiveness?

I am just confused knowing fully well that no permanent friend or enemy in politics.

Peter Obi will never join APC due to conflict of ideologies.
Peter Obi should never be compared to any Politician in Nigeria cos he's the only Politician to hold an office without any corruption case against him.
Peter Obi is the only politician who contest elections without ever buying even a single vote

Obi was formerly in apga then PDP n now labour party even after he swore never to leave apga.

Many of u are cutting off people now cos they are in APC, hope u know when he swore with his life in apga many would have cut off their friends in PDP n labour party but today he has toured d 2 parties

My reason for creating this thread is to make people understand that it's m@@dness to cut off ties with people cos of political differences, even the political players are unpredictable.

Who could ever imagine one day that el rufai will b d outsider in APC n same orubebe will be an APC chieftain.

I just decided to bring this here so some kids who started following politics in 2023 can have a rethink n understand that obi won't come n help them when they need d help d most

But d neighbors they cut ties with, the family they don't talk to, the business partners they thrashed cos of political differences will b d one to come to their rescue.

N besides that I can't imagine how they will feel one day if they wake up n read the news that obi have moved to APC.

How will they face those people they insulted cos of obi.

My point is wisdom is profitable to direct, same obi that some people believe is an angel was in d same bus with atiku, shetima n other people his fans called devil when it was time for a northern function meaning all these people have each others contact n they vibe well

Aren't you ashamed of your self? Even if every poitician in Nigeria joins APC, how will that affect the price of Rice? How will that solve insecurity? How will it stop corruption? How will that alleviate the suffering of the common man in anyway?

My main reason for creating this thread is because during the last election I supported tinubu n one of my guy supported obi.

The guy has been my friend for over 23 years n we both know much about ourselves down to family line.

One day we were arguing about politics n he said some shits to me cos I said I will vote tinubu, I just told him point blank that as from today henceforth we should never talk politics with me again that any day anytime he talks politics with me it will lead to serious quarrel.

Since then It affected our relationship that my wife asked what happened n I lied we are both busy, fast forward to last week he called me for an urgent need of 400k, Omo onile wanted to collect his land that he has invested huge money on n he was stranded.

I sent d money but since then I just Dey reason am, I didn't tell anyone aside d fact that I am dropping it here but I keep asking myself

Y didn't he call obi since he posted it on his WhatsApp that "Anyone who votes Tinubu should avoid me forever".


The basis is that don't burn bridges because of politicians, it's people around u that will help u when problem arise, I can bet obi doesn't know him n doesn't even care but people around u will b dere for u


If u cut them off cos of politicians u can't run to those politicians when u need help d most.

In fact his last minute contract awards and construction works over the last few months might be more effective than whatever he did in the past 7 years.
