Normally diesel that will cost around 400k, the supplier will inflate the price to 1m and the company will pay cos they buy in bulk, and the person responsible for signing the money will inflate too, at the end of the day the company will spend such amount on diesel, the director no fit again, he had to install solar panel

The price of diesel is not hidden. It's readily and publicly available info so if the supplier has the nerve to inflate it by over 100%, it's probably because he's aware of the culture of waste in your company and is in cahoots with the fraudsters embedded therein
