There was a time Gtbank card stopped working for starlink. Is Gtb working again? My Ecobank works but expiring next month and I can't renew card till June. I only have Gtbank and Zenith card remaining. Poster above is complaining again that Zenith isn't working. Anyone using Gtbank or Zenith? |

ask4bk:Gtbank is working for the past 6 months till today still working. |

I have been using Opay physical VerveCard since last year, and never fails to be debited. |

senator282:Maybe I'll move back to Gtb. I swapped from Gtb when they stopped working over a year ago. Guess they've rectified it |

please i have two residential starlink devices tied to my address. Now i want to upgrade one of them so i can cater for about 200 users. I am looking at going for the business plans but from my little research, i read that i'll need to order for a new device to use the business plan. But the issue is when i go to their order page, its saying i should join the waiting list that service is currently at capacity in my area. what does this mean and what can i do as alternative? Thanks |
| Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by ask4bk(m): 8:44pm On Apr 24, 2025 |
macuwon:Why would you need a business plan when you are already on an unlimited residential plan? If your need is to cater for 200 persons, just get the Ethernet adapter and a good access point and your residential plan will serve them well adequately. |

ask4bk:Please, tell me more about this. I don't want to cater for 200 people though...lol...I just want to extend the service to a relative that leaves about 150meters from where I live. Please, how do I go about it? |

After changing the name of my Starlink device and setting up a password, it resets after a while and returns to "Starlink" as the name, without any password. This makes people to crowd in front of my house, tapping into my network. I am worried about the security challenge it poses. Is anyone facing this? How can I resolve it |

TeetoBolt:I have been using First bank naira Mastercard linked to my Current account since last year For my subscription. The card expired in March and I was initially worried whether the subscription will to through on my new card. I went to the bank this week, got a new card, updated my payment details and it the subscription went through effortlessly! Consider it |

ask4bk:My oga, please which ethernet adapter do you recommend and where can I get it? Kindly share pics at your convenience too Also, what exactly are Enterprise Level Access Point and POE, and are there any you recommend? Please forgive my lame questions. This is not my forte |

brightk:Sparingly. Could that be an issue?? |
| Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by ask4bk(m): 2:15pm On Apr 26, 2025 |
odimbannamdi:That's the ONLY reason why it'll reset and change. Starlink only needs 4+ power blinks to reset. Buy a UPS to stay in-between power socket and starlink and it'll absorb the power fluctuations |
| Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by ask4bk(m): 2:16pm On Apr 26, 2025 |
odimbannamdi:Read the page before this. It was the major issue and was well treated with full recommendations. We don't want to repeat issues not directly about starlink |

| Re: My SpaceX Starlink Internet Experience In Lagos, Nigeria by ask4bk(m): 11:35pm On Apr 26, 2025 |
odimbannamdi:Not really total outage. Flickering of power. Consecutive low and normal current (flickering in seconds) can trigger it |

oluwapoju:Is it through PoE cable (Ap mode) or through WiFi extender (Extender mode)? Are you the one powering the TP link CPE device or those receiving the service indoor? |
