Trump have already given Zelensky conditions for ending the war, which includes giving up Crimea and part of Donbas.

In d end, his real wish, is for America to go and fight Russia for him.

U need negotiations to win peace.
Russia never wanted to attack Ukraine to start with.
It was the west that refuse to listen to Russia's concerns for more than 2decades.
And even now, Russia is still open to reason and making concessions.
Yes, they can give up some part of Donbas, if the west stop their aggressive posturing against Russia. ie attempting to put Ukraine in NATO, attempting to contain Russia, arming neo nazis in Ukraine etc

Russia just liberated Kursk region and Ukraine is losing lands by the day. Moreso they don't know that Russia is fighting an existential war that's is even overdue 8years ago after the massacre of the Donbas people by Ukraine Bandera ethnically cleansing Russian speaking folks.

Irrecoverable loss them. Ukraine can never be the same again. Russia will never leave Ukraine's territory again and that will be the biggest regret to Ukraine. Don't start what you can't finish. Russia didn't attack Ukraine for all this NATO move, it was a long time planned move they've been waiting for. They just took the advantage. How can you go to war with a country by depending on other countries to defend you. I'm not in support of Russia's attack but he should have dialogue directly with Russia without any external influence.
